摘 要:本试验旨在研究散养对产蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、繁殖系统发育的影响。选取25周龄笼养海兰蛋鸡180只,随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只,将其中1组放至地面进行散养,2组均自由采食,每天统计产蛋量和耗料量。试验第42天,每个重复随机取4只鸡屠宰、测定繁殖系统的相关指标,同时随机取6枚蛋测定蛋品质。结果表明,散养鸡期末体重、产蛋率极显著小于笼养鸡(P<0.01),料蛋比极显著大于笼养鸡(P<0.01),平均蛋重显著小于笼养鸡(P<0.05);散养鸡鸡蛋的蛋白高度、蛋壳厚度极显著大于笼养鸡(P<0.01),蛋黄颜色与笼养鸡鸡蛋相比有提高的趋势,蛋黄免疫球蛋白含量大于笼养鸡,但差异不显著(P>0.05);散养鸡输卵管重量、卵泡重极显著小于笼养鸡(P<0.01),输卵管长度显著小于笼养鸡(P<0.05)。由此可知,与笼养相比,产蛋期间散养降低了鸡体重,降低了繁殖性能,改善了蛋品质。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of free range on production performance, egg quality and reproductive system growth of laying hens. One hundred and eighty 25-week-old Hy-Line lay- ing hens in cage rear were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups with 6 replicates per group and 15 hens per replicate. Birds in one of the two groups were put to the ground for free range rear. Birds in the two groups were all fed ad libitum, and egg production and feed consumption were noted daily. At the forty-second days of the experiment, four hens per replicate of each experimental group were randomly taken to slaughter and measure the related indices of reproductive system. At the same time, six eggs per replicate of each experimen- tal group were randomly got to measure egg quality. The results showed as follows: 1 ) the final body weight and laying rate of free-range hens were strongly lower than that of cage-reared birds ( P 〈 0.01 ), and the feed/ egg was strongly higher than that of cage-reared birds ( P 〈 0.01 ), but the average egg weight was distinctly lower than that of cage-reared birds ( P 〈 0.05 ). 2 ) The albumen height and eggshell thickness of eggs of free-range hens were significantly higher than those of cage-reared birds ( P 〈0.01 ), and there was a tendency that the yolk color of free-range hens was higher than that of cage-reared birds ( P 〉 0.05 ). The yolk immuno- globulin content of free-range hens was higher than that of cage-reared birds, but there was no significant difference between them ( P 〉 0.05 ). 3 ) The oviduct weight and follicle weight of free-range hens were sig- nificantly higher than those of cage-reared birds ( P 〈 0.01 ), and oviduct length of free-range hens was lower than that of cage-reared birds ( P 〈 0.05 ). It is concluded that comparing with cage rear, free range can make the birds weight lighten, reduce reproduction performance, and meliorate the egg quality. [ Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition
