摘　　要：文章列举了医疗失效模式及效应分析在国内外医疗风险管理中的具体应用案例和实施效果,包括在给药流程、手术流程、医疗器械管理以及病房护理等方面的应用。最后结合现有研究,探索该模式在未来的发展方向,旨在提高医院管理质量,减少不良事件发生,维护病人安全。This article reviewed the application and effects of Healthcare Failure Mode and Effect Analysis （HFMEA） in medication administration process, operation process, instrument usage and management and ward care. Finally, combined with the existing research, the article tried to explore the future de- velopment direction of this model, which aimed to improve the quality of hospital management, reduce the incidence of adverse events and ensure patients＂ safety.
