摘　　要：目的探讨心脏围手术期肺功能锻炼的方法与效果。方法成立肺功能锻炼计划护理小组,根据对患者的评估制订肺功能锻炼计划,指导并协助患者进行体能锻炼和缩唇、胸式、腹式呼吸锻炼,有效咳嗽排痰训练及术后早期活动等,定期进行效果评价。结果患者肺功能测定值、肺功能锻炼知识掌握程度和有效咳嗽排痰率提高(P<0.01或P<0.05),肺部并发症降低(P<0.05)。结论对心脏围手术期患者进行肺功能锻炼可以降低术后肺部并发症的发生,促进疾病的康复。Objective To explore the methods and effects of lung function exercise for patients with cardiac surgery during perioperative period. Methods Firstly the lung function exercise plan care group was established, then developed individualized lung function exercise plan care. The patients were guided and assisted by the group to do physical exercise, pursed lip, thoracic and abdominal breathing training, training of effective cough and expectoration drain- age, early postoperative activities, etc. The lung function exercise was regular evaluated. Results The scores of patients＇spirometry, the degree of knowledge about lung function exercise and effective expectoration drainage were increased （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. The occurrence of postoperative pulmonary complications was reduced （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Lung function exercise for patients with cardiac surgery during perioperative period can reduce the occurrence of postoperative pulmonary complications, and promote the rehabilitation of the disease.
