摘 要:目的探讨增强自我效能的健康教育对外伤性截瘫患者术后生活质量的影响。方法将216例外伤性截瘫患者分为对照组和观察组各108例,对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组在常规教育基础上实施增强自我效能的健康教育。对两组患者教育前、教育6个月后以自我效能感量表、简明生活质量量表、抑郁自评量表进行评价。结果实施健康教育6个月后,观察组患者的生活质量(生理职能维度除外)和自我效能感评分高于对照组(P<0.01),抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论增强自我效能的健康教育能帮助患者改善健康状况,提高生活质量,降低抑郁水平。Objective To explore the effect of enhancing self - efficacy health education on postoperative quality of life in traumatic paraplegia patients. Methods A total of 216 paraplegia patients were recruited and divided into the control group and the experimental group ( 108 for each group). The control group was received conventional health education, while the experimental group was received enhancing self- efficacy health education. The patients were investi- gated with General Self- Efficacy Scale (GSES), Short Form 36 Health Survey Quesstionnaire (SF- 36 ) and Self- Rating Depression Scale (SDS) before and 6 months after education. Results Scores of SF - 36 ( except life function dimension) and GSES in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ), while SDS score was lower than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Health education of enhancing self - efficacy can help improve the patients'health and their quality of life, reduce the level of depression.
