压迫法在预防PICC导管尖端误入颈静脉中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨压迫颈静脉法预防PICC置管过程中导管尖端误入颈静脉的效果。方法将216例选择贵要静脉穿刺的PICC置管患者分为观察组和对照组各108例,对照组采用常规方法进行穿刺,观察组在对照组操作的基础上,采用压迫颈静脉法,观察两组置管误入颈静脉情况。结果观察组PICC导管尖端误入颈静脉的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论采用压迫颈静脉法进行PICC置管,能有效预防PICC导管尖端误入颈静脉,可提高穿刺成功率。Objectives To explore the effect of pressing method on preventing Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter （PICC） from straying into jugular vein. Method Totally ,216 patients receiving PICC through basilica vein were divided to the experimental group（ n = 108 ） and the control group（ n = 108 ）. Pa- tients in the control group were accepted traditional puncture, patients in the experimental group were received jugular vein pressing method. Then the incidence of catheter straying into jugular vein in two groups was compared. Result The incidence of catheter straying into jugular vein in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The jugular vein pressing method in PICC puncture can effectively prevent the catheter straying into jug- ular vein and increase the puncture success rate.
