摘 要:指出了目前城镇污水处理厂大部分污泥未能得到妥善的处理处置是我国城镇地区的主要环境问题之一。土地利用、陆地填埋和焚烧等是当今世界广泛采用的污泥处理处置方法。通过对比这些方法,并结合我国的现状,对污泥土地利用,尤其是农业利用的发展潜力进行了分析。通过分析我国污泥中的营养成分及其对土壤理化性质的影响、重金属成分及其变化趋势和病原体及其影响可知,对于我国这样一个发展中的农业大国而言,在未来的很长一段时期内,土地利用尤其是农业利用,将是我国城镇污泥处理处置的最主要方式。提出了为保障污泥土地利用生态安全性,并更好地满足污泥农用的要求,应合理地选择污泥处理处置技术,只有这样,才能更好地实现污泥的减量化、稳定化、无害化和资源化处置目标。At present, most of the sludge cannot get proper treatment, and the disposal of municipal wastewater treatment plant is one of the major environmental problems of the cities in China. The methods of sludge treatment and disposal widely used in the world nowadays are land application, landfilling, incineration, etc. This article analyzes the potential of sludge land application by comparing these methods, combined with the current situation of China, particularly agricultural utilization. Through analyzing the nutrients in the sludge and its effects on the physical and chemical properties of soil, the heavy metal composition and its change trend and the pathogen and its influences on China, it has been known that for such a developing agriculture country like China, land application, especially agricultural utilization, will be the primary way of sludge treatment and disposal for a long period time in the future, In order to ensure the ecological safety of sludge land application and better meet the requirements of sludge agricultural utilization, it should be reasonable to select the sludge treatment and disposal technologies. Only in this way, the sludge disposal targets of reduction, stabilization, harmless and resources can be better achieved.
