老年患者安装永久起搏器的围手术期护理

摘　　要：通过56例老年患者安装永久起搏器手术前后的观察,针对老年患者的特点,围手术期的护理尤其应重视术前心理护理。医护人员要取得患者的信任,消除患者心理上的障碍,使他们调整到最佳状态接受手术。术后密切观察体温、血压及血糖的变化,预防电极移位,做好伤口、皮肤及排便的护理,可以提高护理质量,预防并发症的发生。做好出院健康指导,使老年患者可以正确使用起搏器,最大限度的延长起搏器的使用时间。Through the observation on 56 cases of the elderly patients before and after permanent pacemaker installation opera- tion, we found the we should pay attention to nursing during peri operation period especially preoperative psychological nursing accord- ing to the characteristics of elderly people. We should try to obtain the trust of patients and eliminate their psychological barriers, thus to enable them to adjust to the best state to accept operation. After the operation, we can prevent the oecurance of complications and improve the nursing quality through close observation of temperature, the changes of blood pressure and blood glucose, prevention of electrode displacement, nursing the wound, skin and bowel carefully. By make carefully health guidance, the elderly patients can use the pacemakers correctly and fulfill the maximum extension of the use time of pacemakers.
