摘　　要：本文从司法需求角度分析医疗纠纷案件、人身损害赔偿案件及其他需要医疗机构协助的相关案件对病案材料的多种要求,又从工作实践中总结出病案书写字迹潦草、病案记录不及时、病案查览未严格遵守规定等问题,意在强调采用数字化管理系统、制定病案保管和保密规则及扩充医疗机构病案管理范围的重要性,以促使我国医疗机构病案管理工作进一步提高。To analyze the various requirements to medical records materials in cases of medical disputes, personal injury compen- sation and others which need the medical assistance agencies. Then summed up some problems, such as the careless handwriting of medical records, did not in time for recording medical record and check the medical record did not abide by the rules from the work practice. Our aim is to emphasize the importance of adopting digital management system, formulating medical records keeping as well as relevant rules and enlarge the medical record management scope in medical institutions, thus to promote the improvment of medical records management work in our nation.
