摘　　要：目的探讨临床路径在闭合性上臂桡神经损伤术后功能恢复中的应用效果。方法将2007年3月至2010年8月收治的24例患者随机分成2组，实验组采用制定的临床路径对患者术后进行康复指导，对照组采用传统方法进行康复指导，对比2组患者患肢功能恢复的情况。结果实验组接受康复指导后患肢功能恢复效果明显高于对照组。结论应用临床路径对闭合性上臂桡神经损伤术后康复指导是一种行之有效的工作方式。Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical pathways on patients with closed upper arm radial nerve injury. Methods A total of 24 patients from March 2007 to August 2010 were equally divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group patients were treated with rehabilitation guidance of clinical pathways. The control group patients were adopted rehabilitation guidance of the traditional method. Results The rehabilitation effects of the experimental group were better than those of the control group. Conclusions Clinical pathways is an effective way in most of patients rehabilitation of the closed radial nerve injury.
