摘　　要：目的探讨护士长自我管理对护士自我效能感的影响。方法将我院护士长实施自我管理，并对实施前后护士自我效能感进行分析。结果通过护士长管理的实施分析，实施后护士的自我效能感评分较实施前有明显的提高，数据的比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论实施护士长自我管理能够有效地提高护士自我效能感，从而提高工作效率，值得临床中应用。Objective To investigate the effect of the head nurse management on the self - efficacy of nurses. Methods The head nurses were implemented with self - management in our hospital and self efficacy were analyzed before and after the implementation of it. Results Through the analysis of the implementation of management of head nurses, the scores of nurses the self - efficacy after it were higher than that before it. the comparison of data has obvious difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions The head nurses＂ self - management could improve the nurses＂ self - efficacy and work efficiency, it is worthy of clinical application.
