文化建设与软实力增长——以意大利和法国为例

摘　　要：国家的软实力既可以体现为一国外交政策的道义原则,也可以体现为该国文化中具有普遍吸引力的内涵,例如社会制度、生活方式、人格理想和伦理价值观、艺术审美形式和整体的人文环境,等等。文艺复兴时期的意大利和近代法国文化软实力的形成值得加以研究。意大利文艺复兴艺术的发展与当时宫廷和富有阶层对艺术的赞助和奖掖息息相关。艺术的华丽光芒又与意大利文艺复兴人格理想相辅相成。在借鉴意大利艺术的基础上,法国创造出更为宏大和典雅的建筑、绘画和装饰风格。18世纪,启蒙思想家又构思了一套关于人类生活的理性形式的学说,法国的思想由此对近代世界产生深远影响。与此同时,法国的外交也提倡礼仪和讲求"文明"准则,并因此领航欧洲国际政治。借鉴国外的经验,推进中国当代文化建设,需要回顾中国传统文明的发展,找到其优质内涵和历史经验,并在此基础上营建中国的文化软实力。The soft power of a country can be displayed by the moral principle of its foreign policy and the universal appeal of its cultural forms,such as its social system,life style,personality,ethics,aesthetics,art and overall human environment,etc.The historical experience of Renaissance Italy and modern France in this respect is specially worth being explored.The flourish of art and culture in Renaissance was assisted by the patronage of the rich and the court.The cultural development was supplemented by the formulation of the ideal of a versatile person or all rounded personality.Inspired by the cultural and artistic achievements of Italy,a grandeur style of painting,architecture and indoor refurbishment was developed in France later.The Enlightenment philosophers of the 18th century put forward a theory of rational way of life,which had far-reaching impact on modern world.Meanwhile,French leaders began to propagate the idea of courtesy and civilization standard in diplomacy,and in this way,piloted the international relations in Europe for following 200 years.The advancement of contemporary Chinese culture needs to learn from other nation＇s experience and look back at traditional Chinese civilization to find its cultural quintessence and the historical experience to achieve this.On this base,we can then develop China＇s soft power in contemporary world.
