摘 要:以淮南矿区潘一东井1252(1)首采面为工程背景,针对不同地段顶板的不同赋存特征,提出分段进行支护参数设计的锚网索支护方案。通过FLAC3D数值模拟分析了不同支护方案下掘进、回采阶段巷道围岩的变形情况,模拟结果表明:分段支护下的回采巷道围岩变形量小,最大变形为砂质泥岩顶板段的两帮移近量,收缩断面率仅为12.6%,分段支护技术保证了巷道围岩稳定,满足经济安全回采要求。方案实施后,进行了表面位移矿压观测,实测结果与数值模拟计算结果较吻合。Taking No. 1252(1) first mining face of east well of Panyi Mine in Huainan col- liery as the engineering background, the paper proposes the bolt-mesh-anchor support scheme in which the support parameters are designed respectively for different occurrence characteristics of roof in different sections of roadway. Through FLAC3D numerical simulation, it simulates the deformation conditions of roadway surrounding rock during driving and mining processes with different supporting schemes. The result shows that the deformation of mining roadway sur- rounding rock is small under section supports and the maximal deformation is two sides closing a- mount of the sandy mudstone roof section with a reduction of area of 12.6%; this support tech- nology guarantees the stability of roadway surrounding rock and meets the economic and safe mining requirements. After implementing the scheme, the strata-control observation of surface deformation is done, and the measured result coincides with the simulation result.
