摘  要:为了改善煤泥浮选效果,降低煤泥浮选药剂用量,使用新型煤用捕收剂FC9700、起泡剂F810与常规浮选药剂煤油、仲辛醇进行对比试验。试验结果表明,新型浮选药剂具有较强的捕收能力和起泡能力,能够有效地对微细粒煤泥进行分选,在保证精煤质量的前提下,其精煤产率高出常规浮选药剂的20%以上,且药剂用量减少了40%左右,高精煤产率和低药耗给选煤厂带来良好的经济效益。In order to improve coal slurry flotation effects and dosage reduction of coal slurry flotation reagents, a range of tests have been conducted using a new model coal collector FC9700 and coal flotation frother F810. The results were compared with routine laboratory flotation rea- gents kerosene and the octanol. The results showed that new flotation reagents have strong col- lection ability and foaming characteristics and can separate fine coal slurry effectively. On the premise of guaranteeing the quality of clean coal, the yield of clean coal is more than 20% higher than that of routine flotation reagents. Reagent dosage decreased by around 40%. Higher clean coal productivity and lower reagent consumption would bring good economic benefits to coal prep- aration plants.
