摘　　要：煤矿亚文化的风格主要由三种元素构成:形象、品行、行话,主要发生在休闲时间内。在对潞安集团矿工、矿区风格进行分析的基础上,从内涵建设、培训质量、实际问题的解决三个方面提出建议。The styles of coalmine subculture are mainly composed of three elements, inclu- ding image, character and jargon, mainly occuring in the leisure time. In this paper, the styles of coal miners and mining areas in Lu＇an Group were analyzed, and then some suggestions were put forward from three aspects of connotative construction, training quality, solution of practical problems.
