摘　　要：本文介绍在孟家窑煤矿重组整合工作中,整合矿井在人力资源匮乏、安全管理机制不完善的特殊条件下,利用技术上的支持结合整合矿井自身的特点,利用现代化的高科技技术,建立煤矿安全管理机制、风险预控机制和安全管理保障体系,为新矿井的开工建设和安全生产奠定了基础。The recombination and integration of Mengjiayao Coal Mine were introduced. Un- der the special condition of lack of human resource and imperfect security management mecha- nism, the high technology was utilized to build the safety management, risk pre-control mecha- nism and the security system of safety management according to the current characteristics of coal mine. The system laid the foundation for the construction and safe production in the new coal mine.
