摘 要:采用本生灯实验系统对CH4/CO/空气混合的层流火焰传播速度进行了测量,并对系统进行了改进,找到了更为高效准确的火焰图像数据处理方法给出了计算预混气体层流火焰传播速度的公式,通过该公式可对燃料在特定条件下燃烧的表观活化能、反应级数、频率因子等参数进行进一步推算,并推算了该公式应用于不同燃空当量比工况时的修正因子.以CH4/CO单组分及混合燃烧为例,将模型预测结果与实验结果进行了对比,结果显示模型预测结果与实验结果吻合度高.The laminar flame speed of the CHa/CO/air mixture was measured by the Bunsen burner system. And the system was improved and a more effective and accurate flame image processing method was found. The formula by which the laminar flame speed of premixed gas can be obtained was provided, and then chemical kinetic data includ- ing apparent activation energy, reaction order, and frequency factor can be calculated by this model. The correction factors needed under experimental conditions with different equivalence ratios were also computed. The laminar burn- ing data of the CHJCO single component and mixture served as an example. The predictions of the model were com- pared with the experimental results, which are in good agreement with each other.
