摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病患者医院感染的相关危险因素,为进一步采取有效地预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对医院2009年1月-2011年12月收治的1835例糖尿病患者相关资料进行统计分析。结果 3年共发生医院感染203例,医院感染率为11.06%;感染部位以呼吸道为主,占40.89%,其他依次为泌尿道、胃肠道、皮肤软组织,分别占23.15%、16.75%、6.90%;检出病原菌201株,其中革兰阴性杆菌占57.71%;高龄、血糖控制不佳、侵入性操作、住院时间长、有并发症、不合理使用抗菌药物等是发生医院感染的主要危险因素。结论糖尿病患者医院感染发生率高,应针对危险因素采取有效地预防控制措施,以降低糖尿病患者的医院感染发生率。OBJECTIVE To explore the related risk factors of the nosocomial infections in the diabetes patients so as to provide basis for further adopting effective prevention and control measures. METHODS By means of the retrospective review, the clinical data of 1835 cases of diabetes patients who were treated in the hospital from Jan 2009 to Dec 2011 were statistically analyzed. RESULTS The nosocomial infections occurred in totally 203 cases of patients in the three years with the incidence rate of 11. 06% % the patients with respiratory tract infections accounted for 40. 89%, followed by the patients with urinary tract infections （23. 15%）, the patients with gastrointestinal tract infections （16.75%）, and the patients with skin and soft tissue infections （6.90%）; totally 201 strains of pathogens were isolated, among which the gram-negative bacilli accounted for 57. 71%; the advanced age, poor control of blood glucose, invasive operation, long hospital stay, complication, and unreasona- ble use of antibiotics were the leasing risk factors of the nosoeomial infections. CONCLUSION The incidence rate of the nosocomial infections is high in the diabetes patients, it is necessary to take the effective prevention and control measures according to the risk factors so as to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections in the diabetes patients.
