摘  要:目的通过对比试验分析酶清洁剂和碱性清洁剂的清洗效果,找出最佳清洗方法。方法取临床使用过1h的器械包(每包46件器械)21套,随机分为3组,碱性清洁剂组、酶清洁剂组和对照组,清洁剂按产品标签进行稀释,对照组用常用水,浸泡3min后取出检测清洗效果,清洗效果检测方法采用目测法和蛋白残留检测两种方法进行。结果目测法显示碱性清洁剂和酶清洁剂的合格率为84.2%、81.7%,两组差异无统计学意义,但与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);蛋白残留测试显示,试验组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),碱性清洁剂和酶清洁剂组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论碱性清洁剂的清洗效果等于或优于酶清洁剂,且性价比更高。OBJECTIVE To analyze the cleaning efficacy of enzymatic detergent and alkaline detergent through the comparative experiments. METHODS Totally 2I sets of lower limb instruments(46 pieces of instrument in each set) which was used in 1 hour were divided into three groups randomly, the alkaline group, the enzyme group and the control group~ *the detergent was diluted by the label, the tap water was used in the control group, the instruments were dipped for 3 minutes for testing of cleaning efficacy, then the cleaning effects were observed by the visual method and the ninhydrin test. RESULTS The visual inspection showed that the qualified rates of the alkaline and enzyme were 84.2 % and 81.7 %, respectively, the difference was not significant, however, as com- pared with the control group, the difference was significant (P〈0.05), while the ninhydrin test indicated that the difference between the testing group and the control group was significant (P〈0.05), the difference between the enzyme group and the alkaline group was significant(P〈0.05). CONCLUSION Cleaning efficacy of alkaline detergent is the same or better than enzymatic detergent and alkaline detergent is more cost effective.
