摘 要:目的探讨兰菌净的药理作用,分析兰菌净对反复呼吸道感染患儿机体抵抗力的影响作用及临床疗效,以减少病情反复。方法将患儿随机分为研究组和对照组各26例,采用双盲法给药,对照组患儿均给予安慰剂,研究组患儿均给予兰菌净舌下滴入。结果研究组患儿IgA(2.08±0.78)g/L和IgG(8.66±3.08)g/L含量明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组比较IgM含量差异无统计学意义;研究组患儿临床治疗总有效率91.15%明显高于对照组80.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿治疗期间平均退热时间、肺部啰音与咳嗽消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论兰菌净治疗反复呼吸道感染具有较好的近期和远期疗效,可激活与提高机体免疫系统功能,杀灭感染菌群,临床应用兰菌净可获得较好的预后。OBJECTIVE To explore the pharmacological effect of orchid bacteria net and analyze the effect of orchid bacteria net on the immunity of the children with recurrent respiratory tract infections so as to reduce the recur- rence rate. METHODS The children were divided into the study group and the control group with 26 cases in each; the drug administration was performed by using double blind method, the control group was given the placebo, while the study group was treated with orchid bacteria net through the tongue drip. RESULTS The content of IgA was (2.08±0.78)g/L, and the content of IgG (8.66±3.08)g/L in the study group, which were significantly higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05) ; the difference in the content of IgM between the two groups was not statistically significant . The total effective rate of clinical treat- ment of the study group was 91.15%, significantly higher than 80.77% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 05). The average fever disappearance time, tales disappearance time, or cough dis- appearance during the treatment of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). CONCLUSION Orchid bacteria net can achieve both short and long-term curative effect on the treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infections, activate the body's immune system func- tion, and kill the bacterial flora causing infections; Good prognosis can be acquired through clinical application.
