摘  要:目的探讨ATP生物荧光检测在医院感染管理中的应用,为早期发现医院感染暴发危险因素,并及时干预提供依据。方法应用ATP生物荧光检测法对部分重点科室医护人员手及物体表面进行检测、现场干预,进行前后比较。结果干预前对69对物品表面常规微生物检测组及ATP生物荧光检测组进行配对卡方检验结果显示,差异无统计学意义;相关性检验显示,相关系数为r=0.778,双侧Pearson检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),说明ATP法与细菌培养法高度相关;干预前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),说明现场干预的重要性。结论 ATP生物荧光法用于手卫生及医院环境清洁的效果评价快速、简便、省时,能够提高医院感染管理的执行力,有助于控制医院感染危险因素,早期预防暴发。OBJECTIVE To summarize the application of ATP bioluminescence assay that are applied in hospital infection management, so as to find out the risk factors for nosocomial infectios and put forward the interventiong. METHODS ATP bioluminescence assay was employed to perform a test of the hands of medical staff and the object surfaces. The on-site intervention was carried out, and the results were compared. RESULTS A matching chi- square test of the surfaces of 69 items before the intervention showed that the difference between the traditional microbiological test group and the ATP bioluminescence assay group was not statistically significant, and the cor- relation test showed that the correlation coefficient was 0. 778, bilateral pearson test showed a statistical signifi- cance (P〈 0.01), which indicated that the ATP method was highly correlated with the traditional microbiological culture. The difference between before and after the interventions was significant (P〈0.01), which demonstrated the importance of the on-site intervention. CONCLUSION ATP bioluminescence assay can get results more imme- diately than the traditional microorganism culture does in evaluating the effect of the cleaning of hospital environ- ment and hand hygiene, which can also improve the execution power of nosocomial infection control so as to con- trol the risk factors and prevent the outbreaks in early stage.
