摘 要:为发展具有自主知识产权的高性能多级中开式离心泵,根据已有参数要求,对多级中开式离心泵的结构及水力模型进行了设计。水泵选用两侧吸入中间压出的结构形式,叶轮左右对称分布。首级叶轮为两侧单吸,末级选用双吸叶轮,压出室采用双蜗壳。利用Pro/E软件建立流道模型,借助Fluent软件,基于N-S方程和标准k~ε湍流模型,采用SIMPLE算法,对内部流场进行数值模拟,得到水泵各级叶轮的相对速度及静压分布。并在多工况下对多级中开式离心泵流场进行稳态数值预测,着重选取三种工况(标准工况、小流量工况及大流量工况)对多级泵各级叶轮的静压及相对速度进行对比分析。然后,在标准工况下对泵进行瞬态模拟,分析各级叶轮在不同时刻静压分布。数值模拟结果表明,泵水力模型设计合理,在标准工况下效率达到88%,性能出众。最后经实验验证表明,模拟结果与实验结果相符,水泵达到设计要求。To develop high-performance pumps with independent intellectual property,a multistage split casing centrifugal pump was designed,according to the existing parameters.This pump has two inlets at different sides and one outlet in the middle.And this pump was modeled by Pro/E software.The flow fields were analyzed by Fluent software based on the N-S equation,k~εturbulence model and SIMPLE algorithm.The flow fields of this pump were modeled in different conditions based on numerical simulation.Three conditions were selected(standard condition,small flow condition and large flow condition)to simulate this multi-stage pump,and the static pressure and relative speed of different stage impellers was comparative analyzed.The multi-stage pump was simulated with sliding mesh technique in the standard condition,and was analyzed the static pressure of every stage impeller in different times.The numerical simulation results show that the pump's structure is reasonable,and meet the design requirements.Finally,the results of experiment show good agreement with the numerical simulation.
