摘 要:介孔金属氧化物以其独特的高度有序介孔结构和化学物理特性,在化学、燃料和石油化工等领域有极大的应用前景,越来越受到人们的关注。本文介绍一系列简单通用的介孔金属氧化物纳米组装合成方法,以及基于此类方法,通过调节介孔材料的氧化还原性、酸碱性和半导体性质,可实现对催化剂催化性能的优化。同时,还重点介绍高精印刷技术与纳米组装合成相结合的复合介孔金属氧化物合成方法,并展望了介孔金属氧化物催化剂的未来发展趋势。The discovery and design of highly selective, active and stable mesoporous metal oxide catalysts is of vital importance in many applications such as the large-scale production of bulk chemicals, environmental protection, and the generation/distribution of sustainable energy. In this review, we ' 11 discuss our recent research oriented toward the rational synthesis of mesoporous metal oxides (MMOs). The high-degree control over different compositional/structural parameters of MMOs provides a useful material candidate platform to further study their structure-property relationship for the design of better catalyst for a specific reaction. We also introduce a new methodology for the discovery of new catalysts using ink-jet printing (IJP) technology. A general and simple formulation of inorganic inks based on a colloidal, monodispersed in size, nanoparticle system is used for IJP syntheses that enable rapid access to large catalyst libraries ( - 1,000,000 formulations/hour). In addition, a group testing strategy is used to reduce the number of tests 16000 - fold over exhaustive one-by-one searching.
