摘 要:分别以(R)-3-奎宁环醇与乙酸乙酯的酯交换法和(R)-3-奎宁环醇与乙酸酐的乙酸酐法合成了(R)-3-乙酸奎宁环基酯。通过考察原料摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间对产品收率的影响探索了合适的合成工艺。结果表明,乙酸酐法得到的产品收率远远高于酯交换法得到的产品收率,收率最高可达86.1%。The main purpose of this study is to synthesize (R)-3-quinuclidinyl acetate and to explore the appropriate synthesis process. (R)-3-quinuclidinyl acetate was synthesized by transesterification with (R)-3- quinuclidinol and ethyl acetate and by anhydride method with (R)-3-quinuclidinol and acetic anhydride, respectively. The effect of different factors such as the molar ratio of materials, the amount of catalyst, and the reaction time on the yield was discussed. The results showed that the yield of anhydride method is much higher than that of transesterification, and the highest yield of (R)-3-quinuclidinyl acetate is 86.1%.
