摘　　要：目的探讨手术后患者的疼痛护理效果。方法选取长沙市第四医院74例肝胆外科手术患者临床病理资料为研究对象,对患者的护理方法以及措施进行回顾分析。结果患者全部顺利手术出院,未发生护理差错以及严重并发症。结论与患者的有效沟通能够很好的了解患者的疼痛资料,并且针对性的实施护理措施,有效的缓解患者的疼痛,减少患者术后并发症的发生,使患者顺利康复。[ Objective ] To investigate the effect of pain nursing on patients after operation. [ Methods ] 74 cases of operation patients in a hospital department of hepatobiliary surgery clinical and pathological data as the research object, carries on the review analysis to the nursing method of patients and measures. [ Results ] All patients dis- charged smoothly operation, without the occurrence of nursing errors and serious complications. [ Conclusions ] Pa- tients with effective communication and can be very good understanding the patient＇s pain and targeted measures for the implementation of care, relieve the pain of the patients effectively, reduce the occurrence of complications of patients, make patients recover smoothly.
