摘 要:目的探讨乙酰胆碱M1受体在红色闪烁光诱导豚鼠近视化模型中的表达及与近视发生发展的关系。方法健康豚鼠16只随机分为对照组(正常自然光照射,放在视野开阔的笼中饲养)和近视组(红色闪烁光照射,放在完全密闭的纸箱中饲养)。分别于实验前和实验8周用散瞳检影验光法测量屈光度,用A超测量眼轴长度。取豚鼠眼后极部组织,用RT-PCR法检测视网膜、巩膜和脉络膜中M1受体mRNA的表达。结果 M1受体mRNA在对照组和近视组巩膜和视网膜组织中均有表达,在脉络膜组织中无表达;近视组巩膜、视网膜组织M1受体mRNA的表达低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 M1受体在红色闪烁光诱导近视模型中的表达受抑制,与近视发生有一定的关联。Objective To identify the expression of muscarinic receptors-1 (M1) in red flashing light-induced myopia in guinea pig and in order to determine the role of M1 receptor in the development of myopia. Methods Sixteen 3-week-old healthy guinea pigs were randomly divided into myopia group and the control group. After eight weeks of treatment, the effects of red flashing light on eye myopia and axial development were assessed. RT-PCR was used to detect the mRNA expression of M1 receptor in scleral, retina and choroids. Results The mRNA of MI receptor expressed in posterior sclera and retina, but not in choroids in myopia group and the control group. Compared with the control group, the difference of mRNA expression of M1 receptor in sclera and retina in myopia group was statistically significant. Conclusion In the present study, the expression of M1 receptor is inhibited in red flashing light-induced myopia in guinea pig, which indicates that M1 receptor may play an important role in the development of myopia.
