摘  要:目的开展淠河总干渠水质生态学监测。方法于2009年5月-2010年4月,对淠河总干渠进行水质理化监测和浮游生物群落的生态调查。采用生物多样性指数(日)和综合污染指数(K)评价水质。结果共检出浮游藻类7门228种,以硅藻门、绿藻门和蓝藻门为主,藻类数量是硅藻一蓝藻一绿藻型;检出浮游动物84种,以原生动物和轮虫为主,数量上主要是轮虫—桡足类一原生动物较多。淠河总干渠浮游生物数量11.0210×79.70×10^6个/L,日值为1.85~2.48,K值为0.64~0.71。结论淠河总干渠受到轻中度~重中度污染,水质等级主要是Ⅲ类,属中一富营养~富营养型水体,水质理化监测与生物监测结果有较好的一致性。Objective To understand ecological quality of main channel of Piher River. Methods Water quality monitoring and ecological investigation on plankton type community in Piher River were conducted from May in 2009 to April in 2010. The water quality was identified by Shannon-wiener index (H) and comprehensive pollution index (K). Results A total of 228 species were detected from seven phyla in algae,which were mainly chlorophyta, baeillariophyta and algae, and algae number was mainly diatom-blue green algae-green algae type. A total of 84 species planktonic animal were also detected,which were mainly protozoa and rotifer,and zooplankton quantity is mainly rotifer,eopepods and protozoa. The ranging of plankton number per liter,H value and K value were 11.02×106-79.70×106, 1.85-2.48,and 0.64-0.71,respectively. Conclusion The present study showes that water body of Piher River has been contaminated in mild to moderate-heavy levels,classified as class HI for surface water and eutrophication in moderate level.
