摘 要:针对某轻型汽车的转向噪声问题进行理论分析及对转向进油管总成进行三维CFD数值模拟分析,发现转向时出现噪声的原因为转向油在流经转向进油管时产生较大压降,导致在油泵入口处出现气穴现象从而产生转向噪声。重新布置该车转向管路,并对新布置的转向进油管总成进行模拟分析。经过实车验证表明,重新布置转向管路后转向噪声问题解决。同时还总结出转向进油管压降随温度、管路直径的变化关系。.Theoretieal analysis on steering noise of a light-duty truck and 3-D CFD simulation of steering oil inlet pipe assembly are carried on in this paper, which found that the steering noise is caused by air pocket in the oil pump inlet due to the significant oil pressure drop when the steering oil flows through the steering inlet pipe. The steering pipeline is rearranged and then simulated. Vehicle test shows that noise is eliminated. This paper gives the relationship between pressure drop and temperature and pipe diameter.
