摘　　要：牦牛功能基因的研究一直是牦牛科学研究的重点和热点之一,文章阐述了生长激素(GH)、生长激素受体(GHR)、生长激素释放激素(GHRH)等牦牛生长发育相关功能基因及其与牦牛生长发育性状相关的研究进展,分析了目前研究和应用中存在的问题,提出了今后进一步研究的见解和思路,旨在为牦牛的选育提供理论依据和参考,以期加快牦牛遗传改良。The research on functional genes of yak has been one of the hot spots and difficult points. This paper expounds the research progress for the growth hormone （ GH）, growth hormone receptor （ GHR）, growth hormone releasing hormone （GHRH） and other functional genes re- lated to yak growth and development, and the correlations with yak growth traits. It analyzes the problems existed in current research and appli- cation, and puts forward some suggestions and ideas for further study in the future, providing theoretical basis and reference for yak breeding to speed up the genetic improvement of yak.
