摘  要:为了研究乳泌宝对奶牛生产性能的影响,试验采用单因素变量设计方法选取奶牛90头,按照泌乳天数分为3组,A组30头(30~100 d)、B组30头(110~210 d)、C组30头(220~290 d),再将每组试验牛按照胎次、体况评分、产奶量相近的原则分为试验组和对照组(每组各15头),试验组在原有日粮的基础上每头每天添加250 g乳泌宝,对照组不添加,各组在相同的饲养管理条件下饲养60 d,测定奶牛生产性能。结果表明:乳泌宝可显著提高各泌乳阶段奶牛的产奶量(P<0.05),显著降低乳中尿素氮(P<0.05),提高经济效益。To study the effects of RuMin8 on the production performance of dairy cows, the experiment was designed using single factor variable, in which 90 cows were divided into three groups of 30 each according to the days in milk: group A(30 to 100 d), group B (110 to 210 d), group C (220 to 290 d). According to parity, body condition score, and similar principle of milk production, each group was divided into the experimental and control groups of 15 cows each. 250 g RuMin8 were added into the experimental group on the basis of basic diets each day, while there was no RuMin8 in the control group. The cows in each group were fed with the above diets for 60 days, and then were used to deter- mine the production performance of dairy cows under same feeding and marmgement. The results Showed that RuMin8 could significantly im- prove milk production in each stage of lactation ( P 〈 0.05 ), and could significantly reduce urine nitrogen in milk ( P 〈 0.05 ), increasing eco- nomic benefit.
