摘  要:目的制备和厚朴酚羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物。方法利用溶液搅拌法制备和厚朴酚羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物,考察处方因素和工艺条件对包合物包合率的影响,并利用星点设计-效应面法确定最佳工艺条件。通过示差扫描量热法(DSC)、红外光谱(IR)进行验证。结果优化后的制备工艺为和厚朴酚与羟丙基-β-精包合物的投料摩尔比为1∶5,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为3 h。结论和厚朴酚与羟丙基-β-环糊精可形成稳定的包合物,形成包合物后药物的溶解度显著提高。OBJECTIVE To prepare and verify honokiol-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex (HK-HPCD). METHODS HK-HPCD was prepared by the stirring method. The main factors affecting the inclusion rate were studied by single factor analysis and the optimum procedure for preparation was selected by central composite design. The inclusion complex was verified by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and infrared spectra. RESULTS The optimum preparation process parameters were as follows : the molar ratio of honokiol to HP-β-CD was 1 : 5, the reaction temperature was 50 ℃ and the reaction time was 3 h. CONCLUSION Stable complex can be formed between houokiol and HP-β-CD, and the solubility of honokiol is increased by HP-β-CD significantly.
