摘 要:针对比亚迪S6型汽车冷凝器支架零件存在生产批量大、零件形状较为复杂、成形精度要求较高以及90°弯曲后脱模困难等问题,运用冲压成形理论分析了在冲压成形过程中存在的问题,通过设计合理的冲压成形工艺、工件排样图及模具结构来达到冷凝器支架零件成形精度要求。同时,结合载体形式设计了一种新形式的粗定位方式,该定位方式与以前的定位方式相比提高了材料利用率。经生产实践证明,S6冷凝器固定支架零件冲压工艺及模具结构设计合理可行。In order to meet the large quantity production requirement for BYD S6 condenser bracket parts of the complex shape structure and individual size precision,and for the reason that these blank precision size before deforming are very difficult to be determined and stripping for 90° bending,the stamping theory was used to analyze the problems which may be produced in the stamping process,and through the reasonable stamping process,layout drawing and mold structure,the working part shape was designed to meet the requirements.At the same time,a new form of rough positioning mode was designed too.Compared with the previous one,the material utilization of the new form is improved.The production proves that the stamping process and mold structure are reasonable.
