摘 要:根据连续挤压扩展成形的特点,基于Deform-3D软件建立镁合金及纯铝的刚塑性有限元模型,进行连续挤压过程的数值模拟,分析挤压轮转速、产品宽度和金属流动通道长度对两种材料流动均匀性的影响程度。模拟结果表明:随着挤压轮转速的提高和产品宽度的增大,镁合金及纯铝在模具定径带处的流速均方差均增大,两种材料的增大速率相近,并且镁合金的流速均方差均大于纯铝的;在板材连续挤压扩展成形中,流动通道长度的改变导致纯铝在模具定径带处的流速均方差的变化幅度比镁合金大。Based on the characteristic of the continuous extrusion extending forming,the model of rigid-plastic FEM used Deform-3D was established and the numerical simulation of continuous extrusion forming processes(Conform) of the magnesium alloy and pure aluminum were carried out.The effects of the extrusion wheel velocity,product width and channel length of metal flow on the flow uniformity of the two materials were analyzed.Simulation results show that the mean-square deviation of velocity of the magnesium alloy and pure aluminum in the position of the die bearing becomes larger with the increase of extrusion wheel velocity and product width.The increasing rates of the two materials are similar,and the mean-square deviation of velocity of magnesium alloy is greater than that of pure aluminum.During the continuous extrusion extending forming,the variational amplitude of the mean-square deviation of velocity for pure aluminum is larger than that for magnesium alloy because of the change of the flow channel length.
