摘  要:为实现固溶态A286材料室温下塑性变形的数值模拟与合理制定其成形工艺参数,采用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机研究A286材料室温下不同应变速率下的流变力学行为,探讨应变和应变速率对固溶态A286材料流动应力的影响机制。试验结果表明:由于材料的应变强化与绝热效应引起的软化相互竞争,在高应变速率、大应变条件下表现为流动应力下降;固溶态A286材料存在一定的应变速率敏感性,压缩状态下的屈服强度随应变速率的增大而增大,在ε=0.65的情况下未出现破坏,具有良好的塑性。利用简化的Johnson-Cook(J-C)本构模型拟合得到固溶态A286材料的动态塑性本构关系,模型计算结果和试验结果显示,该模型可以较好地预测固溶态A286材料在冷变形时的塑性流动应力。To achieve the numerical simulation of plastic deformation at room temperature and make forming process parameters reasonably,the solution treated A286 rheological mechanics behavior of different strain rates at room temperature was studied by Gleeble-1500D testing machine to discuss the plastic flow stress influence mechanism of strain and strain rate on solution treatment A286.The experimental results show that due to the strain-hardening and the softening caused by adiabatic effect competition,in the high strain rate and strain conditions,the flow stress drops.Solution treated A286 has certain degree of strain rate sensitive.The yield strength increases as strain rate increases at compression condition,when ε=0.65,no break happens,it has a good plasticity.Fitting dynamic plastic constitutive relation of solution treated A286 by simplified Johnson-Cook(J-C) constitutive model was got.The model calculation results and the experimental results show that the model can well predict plastic flow stress in cold deformation of solution treated A286.
