摘 要:本文用加丽素红悬浊液分别对ICR小鼠和SD大鼠进行灌胃试验,研究加丽素红对小鼠的急性毒性作用和对大鼠生理生化指标的影响。研究结果表明,加丽素红的LD50为81.43g/kg体重。根据WHO 1977年颁布的毒性分级标准,加丽素红的LD50大于5g/kg体重,因此可判断为实际无毒范围。灌胃后各时间段血液生理指标(白细胞数目、淋巴细胞数目、单核细胞数目等)与灌胃前相比均无显著差异(P>0.05);灌胃后试验组大鼠各时间段胆碱酯酶(CHE)与灌胃前相比,第12小时显著性升高(P<0.05);谷草转氨酶(AST)与灌胃前相比,第24、36、48小时显著性升高(P<0.05);谷丙转氨酶(ALT)与灌胃前相比,第24小时显著性升高(P<0.05);各时间段ALP(碱性磷酸酶)与灌胃前相比,无显著差异(P>0.05)。本试验表明加丽素红虽然毒性小,但一次性大剂量灌胃后的12~24h内能对肝脏功能指标造成一定的影响,即胆碱酯酶、谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶著性升高。This study investigates the acute toxicity of carophyll red and its effect on physiological and biochemical indexes of blood of ICR and SD rats in the form of solution by gavages has been used. The re- sult showed that the LDs0 of carophyll red was 81.43 g/kg. According to "Exogenous Chemicals of Toxici- ty Classification Standard", the carophyll red was actually non-toxic. Physiological and biochemical inde- xes of blood (including of eighteen indexes such as WBC, Lymph, Mon and so on)at any moment had no significant difference(P〉0. 05) ,as compared with the group before gavage. The cholinesterase (CHE) of the experimental group at 12 hours was significantly higher than that of the group before gavage (P〈 0.05). Compared with the group before gavage, the millet straw transaminase(AST) of the experimental group at 24, 36, 48 hours was significantly higher (P〈0.05). The cereal third transaminase(ALT)of the experimental group at 24 hour was significantly higher than that of the group before gavage (P〈0.05). Compared with the group before gavage,the ALP had no significant difference(P〉0. 05). Therefore, the conclusion is that the toxicity of carophyll red was minimal in rats, however, certain effects will be pro- duced by the carophyll red at high dosage.
