摘 要:为探讨复方苦芩总多糖体外抗犬细小病毒(CPV)感染F81细胞作用机制,以F81细胞为宿主细胞,复方苦芩和黄芪多糖作药物对照,从复方苦芩总多糖对CPV的直接灭活作用、阻滞作用、抑制吸附、穿入及其复制5个方面探讨复方苦芩总多糖抗CPV活性机理。结果显示,复方苦芩总多糖在CPV病毒复制过程中均有一定的抑制作用,其中直接灭活作用效果优于复方苦芩组,P<0.05,复制试验效果优于复方苦芩组,P<0.05,与阳性药物组差异不显著,P>0.05。从而表明复方苦芩总多糖体外抗CPV感染F81细胞效果明显,且主要通过直接灭活CPV和抑制其复制而发挥作用。To investigate the antiviral mechanism of total polysaccharides of Kuqin compound on canine parvovirus infected F81 ceils in vitro, we took the F81 as host cells, the compound Kuqin and Astragalus Polysaccharides as drug control, and explored the antiviral mechanism from five aspects: direct inactiva- tion, blocking effect, adsorption assay, penetration assay and reproduction assay. The result indicated that the total polysaccharides of Kuqin compound could inhibit canine parvovirus replication and had better effect on direet inactivation assay and reproduction assay than Kuqin compound (P〈0.05) ; compared with Astragalus Polysaccharides, it showed no obvious difference in reproduction assay (P〉0.05). The study concluded that the total polysaeeharide of Kuqin compound might resist canine parvovirus infected F81 cells in vitro, and its main antiviral mechanism might be to inactivate the CPV directly and inhibit the virus re- production.
