摘　　要：聚氨酯板生产线订单和报表管理系统是以上位机组态软件WinCC为基础建立的企业信息管理系统。系统开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序两个方面。后台数据库力求数据一致性和完整性强、数据安全性好。其中,数据库设计是整个系统的关键,在设计数据表时,如果直接采用SQL管理器管理工具建立数据表,将不利于以后数据结构的改变。为了方便修改数据结构,结合项目的具体要求,通过VBS脚本编写SQL语句完成了数据库表的创建及对数据库的管理。该聚氨酯板生产线订单和报表管理系统目前运行正常。Orders and report management system of the polyurethane board production line is enterprise information management system based on PC configuration software WinCC. Its development mainly includes two aspects of the back-end database to estab- lish, maintain, and front-end application ＂development. The former requires to establish data consistency and integrity, data security database. The database design is the key to the whole system, in the design of the data table, if the direct use of SQL manager management tool to create a data table, this will not be conducive to the change for subsequent data structures. In order to facili- tate modify the data structure, combined with specific requirements of the project, by VBS script wTiting SQL statements to com- plete the creation of the database tables and database management.
