摘  要:开发了一款全液压驱动、能够演示铲土-运土-卸土-空驶返回动作的推土模拟机。介绍推土模拟机的总体方案,在此基础上分别对驾驶室、发动机罩及车架系统、推土铲,以及液压系统等内容进行设计及相关部件的选型,从而完成全液压推土模拟机设计。测试结果表明,所设计的推土模拟机在产品性能、产品安全和产品结构方面达到要求,同时能够完成铲土-运土-卸土-空驶返回等动作,达到了预期的设计目标。A full hydraulic driven bulldozer training sets is developed which can demonstrate the action of shovel-earthmoving- dumping-return without load. First the whole scheme of the bulldozer training sets is introduced. Then the frame system of the bulldozer training sets, dozer blade and hydraulic systems are designed based on the whole scheme. The real bulldozer training sets is assembled, then the test is done at the end and the results show that the product performance, safety and product structure meet the design requirement and the expected action can all be realized, such as shoveling, earthmoving, dumping and unload re- turn.
