摘　　要：模具设计时采用了活动型芯来成型一条辅助流道,第2次注射时熔体由辅助流道进入封闭区域。活动型芯的进退由活动型芯推杆和定模B板控制,结构设计巧妙,动作稳定可靠。The mold with movable core to form an auxiliary channel is designed.Melt by the auxiliary channel flows into closed area in the second injection.The advance and retreat of activity core is controled by the rod of movable core and the fixed mould plate B.The mold structure is very clever,and its action is very stable and reliable.
