摘　　要：阐述了基于图像分析的交通运行状态检测算法，并介绍了一种闯红灯违章视频检测系统。Based on the image analysis, the measurement algorithm of traffic parameters is introduced in this paper. The red light violation enforcement and measurement system by video analysis is also described.
