废旧聚乙烯改性沥青工艺对比及工艺参数优化的研究

摘  要:剪切温度、剪切时间、剪切机转速等工艺参数对改性沥青的性能有重要影响,通过正交试验优化工艺参数,得到了直接法和母料法制备废旧聚乙烯(PE)改性沥青的最佳工艺条件。将2种工艺在最佳工艺参数下制备的PE改性沥青技术指标进行了对比,结果表明,在相同改性剂掺量下,母料法制备的改性沥青较直接剪切法制备的改性沥青软化点要高。在相转变浓度下,以最佳工艺参数制备的PE改性沥青(直接剪切法和母料法)均能符合JTJF40—2004《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》Ⅲ-C的技术要求。Processing technic,temperature,time and rotating speed of shearer have important influence on the property of modified asphalt. Process parameters of direct shearing method and master batch method were optimized by orthogonal test. Tech- nical parameters of the PE modified starch prepared by the two processes under were compared. The results show that softening point of PE modified asphalt prepared by master batch method is higher than that of prepared by direct shear method under the same modifier dosage. Performance of PE modified asphalt prepared under optimized process parameters by direct shear method and master batch method can meet the qualification of JTJF40--2oo4m-c.
