摘  要:研究了六偏磷酸钠、多聚磷酸钠和三聚磷酸钠及蛋白类盯对建筑石膏凝结时间及强度的影响,并进一步将三聚磷酸钠与PT复合,结果表明:磷酸盐类主要影响石膏的终凝,高掺量时(〉0.3%)终凝可达1~2d,强度降低50%以上;胛影响石膏的初凝,O.3%掺量时初凝达14h以上,对强度影响较小;三聚磷酸钠与胛复合对石膏的缓凝效果显著,门掺量O.05%,三聚磷酸钠掺量0.12%时,缓凝时间达5h以上,抗折、抗压强度分别降低26%和5%。The effects of sodium hexametaphosphate, Sodium Tripolyphosphate and sodium polyphosphate protein PT on the setting time and compressive strength of building gypsum were investigated and the compounding of Sodium Tripolyphosphate and protein PT was further studied. The results show that the phosphate mainly affect the final setting time,the final setting time can be 1-2 d and the compressive strength decreased more than 50% when the volume of phosphate is high (〉0.3%). PT mainly affect the initial setting time,the initial setting time can be more than 14 h and have a little effect on compressive strength,the effects of the compounding of Sodium Tripolyphosphate and protein PT on retarding time of building gypsum is notable. The retarding time can be more than 5 h and compressive strength and flexural strength decrease 26% and 5% respectively when the PT is 0.05% and the Sodium Tripolyphosphate is 0.12%.
