摘  要:柴油机高压共轨系统多次喷射中,喷油器工作引起的水击压力波动直接影响到多次喷射理想喷油规律的实现.利用流体传输管道动力学的电传输线理论,提出一种高压共轨系统水击压力波动的消振措施.设计了谐振型复合H型滤波器,试验结果表明复合H型滤波器的消振和滤波效果在所有喷油脉宽下效果良好,喷射产生的水击压力波动振幅显著降低,最大衰减率高达23.7,对多次喷射油量波动的减振作用显著,最大油量波动率降低30%.复合H型滤波器是高压共轨系统压力波动和油量波动的理想滤波器.Water hammer pressure wave occurring in the high pressure common rail system influences the multi-pulse injection rate. Based on fluid dynamics in transmission pipelines, water hammer pressure fluctuation damper and filter for high pressure common rail system were discussed. The compound H reso- nant filters were proposed. Results show that filtering effect of compound H-filter in all injection pulse widths is effective. With the compound H-filter, the amplitude of water hammer pressure wave is signifi- cantly attenuated and maximum rate of attenuance is 23.7. Fluctuations of injected fuel are significantly reduced and maximum fluctuation rate reduces by 30%. Thus, the compound H-filter is an ideal filter for the high-pressure common rail system.
