摘  要:通过对缬草和蜘蛛香挥发油抗菌抗氧化活性的研究,为开发天然高效的抗菌抗氧化药物提供新的选择。采用纸片扩散法和试管稀释法对缬草和蜘蛛香挥发油进行抑菌圈大小及最小抑菌浓度的测定;用DPPH法对其抗氧化能力进行研究。结果表明:缬草和蜘蛛香挥发油均具有一定的抗菌作用,细菌试验中对金黄色葡萄球菌的作用最强,二者对其最小抑菌浓度分别为3.125 mg/mL和6.25 mg/mL;对真菌的抑制作用相对较弱,其中蜘蛛香挥发油作用强于缬草挥发油。两者挥发油不同浓度对DPPH自由基有较好的清除能力,实验浓度范围内,最高清除率分别达65.35%和71.75%,均强于阳性对照品BHT。In this study, the antibacterial and antioxidant activities of essential oil from Valoriana off^cinalis L. and Valeri- arm jatamami Jones. were investigated. Disc diffusion method and tube dilution method were applied to measure the anti- bacterial circle diameter and the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) of the essential oils of V. off^cina~ L. and V. jatamansi Jones.. The DPPH radical scavenging activity was detected by UV-Vis spectrophotometry. The results showed that the essential oils of V. offzcinalis L. and V. jatamansi Jones. had antibacterial effects and the strongest effect was a- gainst Staphylococcus aureu,the MICs of V. offtcinalis L. and V.jatamansi Jones. were 3. 125 mg/mL and 6.25 mg/mL, respectively. In addition, different concentrations of the two volatile oils possessed good scavenging activity on DPPH free radical. The highest scavenging rates reached to 65.35% ,71.75% ,respectively and were both stronger than the positive control BHT.
