摘　　要：人口老龄化是社会发展的趋势,探讨如何构建适合我国国情的养老方式,促进城市养老服务的不断完善,将有助于推动整个社会的和谐发展。社区居家养老服务已成为国际上的一种主要养老模式。概述了城市社区居家养老服务的意义,介绍了其他国家的发展模式和特点,探讨了目前我国城市居家养老服务存在的主要问题,并系统分析了国外城市社区养老服务模式给我国带来的启示,提出了完善与创新社区居家养老服务模式的建议。Population aging is the trend of social development.How to build a pension model to adapt to the conditions of our country will promote the harmonious development of society.Home community care services have become a major international pension development mode.This essay provides an overview of the significances of the urban community home care services,introduces the development model of home care services in communities in other countries,analyzes its references for China,explores the main problems and proposes some perfect and innovative suggestions.
