摘  要:研究飞艇平流层温度优化控制问题。由于平流层环境温度较低,平流层飞艇设备舱要进行保温。为解决上述问题,理论分析了以聚苯乙烯泡沫板为保温材料的保温性能,利用Gambit软件进行网格划分、FLUENT软件求解后绘制温度分布剖面图,并采用内蒙古某场站进行飞艇飞行试验,验证设备舱的被动温控效果。同时通过发放探空的方法获取不同情况下的温度数据,对飞艇上升、平飞和下降三个阶段,详细分析不同材料保温效果,并就风速对温度的影响进行仿真,结果得出有益结论。即在选用合适厚度的聚苯乙烯泡沫板作为保温材料时,完全可以达到短时间内的设备舱保温,实现被动温控,为飞艇平流层温控优化提供了依据。The paper theoretically analyzed the thermal insulation property of polystyrene foam board as heat preservation material.Gambit was used to mesh division,and FLUENT was used to solve and draw temperature profile.The equipment cabin passive temperature control effect has been verified by airship flight at the Inner Mongolia station.Some temperature data were obtained via releasing the radio-sonde,different materials heat preservation effects were analyzed ini detail in three stages including rising,cruising and descending of the airship,and the influence of the wind speed was simply analyzed.Some useful conclusions were obtained.When we chose the polystyrene foam board with right thickness as heat preservation material,it can totally maintain the temperature of the equipment cabin,and achieve passively temperature control.
