摘 要:设计了一款基于低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术的新型超宽带(UWB,)带通滤波器。该款滤波器结合了半集总高通结构与缺陷地(DGS)结构,利用半集总结构实现截止频率为3.1GHz的高通滤波器,再结合DGS在高端产生阻带,从而实现通带为3.1~10.6GHz的带通滤波器,尺寸仅为3.2mm×1.6mm×1.2mm。实测结果表明:插入损耗<1.5dB,反射损耗<12dB,群时延<0.8ns,带外抑制>15dB(11.5~17GHz)。测试与仿真结果较为吻合。此种LTCC滤波器结构具有尺寸小、插损小、群时延小等优点,而且结构简单,带宽和中心频率容易控制,相对带宽可做到150%以上,特别适合用于极宽带通信系统的频率选择。In this paper, a novel UWB bandpass filter based on LTCC technology is proposed. The filter combines semi-lumped highpass structure and DGS. Firstly, A highpass filter using semi-lumped structure is implemented, which is the cutoff frequency of 3. IGHz. Secondly, combined with DGS to produce the stopband in the high-end, the bandpass filter of 3.1 - 10.6GHz is designed and the final size is only 3.2mmxl. 6mmxl. 2mm. The test results of the UWB filter as fol- lows : insertion loss〈 1.5dB, return loss〈 12dB, group delay〈0.8ns, attenuation〉 15dB ( 11.5 - 17GHz). Good agreement is achieved between simulation and measurement results. Because the filter has the advantages of small size, low insertion loss, small group delay and simple structure, it is easy to control the bandwidth and center frequency. And the relative band- width can be more than 150%, which is particularly suited for the frequency selection of the extremely broadband communi- cation system.
