快速城镇化背景下镇域村庄体系规划研究——以咸阳市礼泉县烟霞镇为例

摘　　要：村庄布局优化是我国城乡统筹发展的重要内容,对提升农民生活质量、改善农村居住环境、促进农业现代化、规模化发展及集约、节约利用土地资源具有重要意义。本文以咸阳市礼泉县烟霞镇为例,研究分析镇域村庄发展现状特征及问题,指出分散的村庄布局、低效的农业生产方式是阻碍村庄发展的主要原因,提出促进农民集中居住是解决村庄发展的有效途径,并通过对村庄规模、村庄体系及空间布局三个问题的研究,实现镇域村庄布局的优化调整。进一步提出村庄布局应从宏观、中观、微观多个层次进行优化调整,并注重新方法的探索与应用。The village layout optimization is an important content of China＇s urban-rural integration, it has a great significance to enhance the quality of life of farmers, to improve rural living environment, to promote agricultural modernization, the development of large-scale and intensive, and to economical use of land resources. In this paper, take Yanxia town of Liquan county of Xianyang City for example, Study the characteristics and problems of village development status, Points out that the Scattered village layout and Inefficient agricultural production is the main reason to hinder the development of villages, Put forward to promote farmers concentrated residential is an effective way to solve the village development, And through the study on village scale, village system and spatial distribution of three questions, To achieve optimal adjustment of the layout of the village. Further proposed layout of the village should be the macro, meso and micro level adjustments to optimize the development of the village, and focus on the exploration and application of the new method.
