资源紧约束条件下城市再生途径的探索——以深圳市福田区为例

摘　　要：通过福田区城市更新的改革探索,提出在资源紧约束条件下城市再生的途径是基于更新目标确定下,从系统的角度对城市空间进行重构,进而从环境、生活、产业、交通与土地协同、文化等全方面提出更新策略。并由此展望未来城市更新的地位、视角、模式转变,以及更新规划与法定规划的衔接。Through the exploration of the urban renewal of Futian District,Shenzhen,it is argued that the method of urban regeneration is to systematically reorganize urban space on the basis of the renewal objectives under resources restriction,reflecting in strategies proposed focusing on dimensions of environment,living,industry,coordination between communication and land use,and culture etc..The article further looks into the future development of the status of this type of planning practice,its research perspective,renewal paradigm,and the way of integrating renewal planning with statutory planning in the future.
