摘　　要：利用2005年和2008年两个特征年份的相关数据,分析我国城市排水行业省级政府管理绩效的省际、区域和分指标的时空差异特征。研究结果表明,我国城市排水行业的省际政府管理绩效水平还处于较低水平,省际之间差异较大,但差异有逐渐缩小的趋势,总体上东部地区的绩效水平高于中西部地区;北京、上海和广东三个省（市）是我国城市排水行业政府管理的领先者;区域间差异较为显著,但是绝对差距和相对差距都不断减小;监督管理水平及内部人员培训水平等指标稳步升高,行业与技术法规建设水平指标提高幅度有所差异。Using the data of characteristics year 2005 and 2008 to analysis the regional inter-provincial and sub-indicates temporal differences of provincial government management performance（PGMP） in urban drainage industry.The results show that China′s inter-PGMP level of urban drainage industry is still at a low level.The inter-provincial differences are large,but have a gradually narrowing trend.The overall level of performance on the eastern region is higher than the central and western regions;Beijing,Shanghai and Guangdong are three provinces which are leaders in China＇s urban drainage industry PGMP.The differences amount the zones are large,but the absolute gap and relative gap is decreasing;differences in the sub-indicators on the level of supervision and management and internal staff training levels and other indicators of steady increases,industry and technical indicators to improve the amplitude level of the building regulations vary.
