摘　　要：在汽车面板检测过程中,由于检测设备制造工艺影响,摄像头拍摄到的汽车面板图像在水平面上存在微小角度偏移,需测量其角度大小以保证后续汽车面板检测的正确性。通过图像字符连通域中心坐标算法获取相应的坐标数据,根据最小二乘直线拟合法对图像数据进行处理,计算倾斜角度为-0.6°。图像字符连通域的中心坐标直线拟合角度计算法,根据这种改进的算法能够在短时间内精确地计算出图像水平倾斜角度。In process of car panel detecting,due to influence of manufacturing process of detecting equipments,there is a tiny angular deflection existing in the image of car panel which taken by camera,the angle should be measured to promise the accuracy of car panel detecting.Corresponding coordinate data is obtained by image characters connected domain center coordinate algorithm,and then the image data is processed by least square linear fitting algorithm,at last,the tilt angle is calculated which is-0.6°.Connected domain of image character center coordinates straight line fitting angle calculation method is an improved algorithm,and the image horizontal tilt angle can be measured accurately by this improved algorithm in a short time.
